Patient Resources
A lot of information is provided during a clinical consultation with your specialist. Resources such as those attached are intended as general information only, to complement this information and refer back to later. Please discuss any questions you have.

Headache Diaries
A diary is an invaluable tool to understand and record the frequency of your headaches, how they vary naturally with time, in response to life events and in response to therapies. Keeping a diary is shown to be much more accurate then relying on our best recollection of what happened two months ago during a consultation.

There are a number of mobile applications that can be used, or feel free to use a simple paper diary such as this one - the best diary is the one you keep!

Useful Websites
There is a plethora of information on the internet, social media, and in book on Neurology and Headache Disorders. Below are several resources that I have found useful. In any of your research you may find information that is more, or less useful or relevant to your particular circumstances, and I would encourage you to discuss what you find with a member of your healthcare team.
